Calling All Landlords!

We provide Gas Safety Certificates to landlords to ensure your gas appliances are safe to use. A safety check at least once every 12 months is a requirement by law.

For homeowners we are happy to carry out gas safety checks and recommend a yearly Boiler Service to make sure you have no issues and to maintain your warranty.

We can provide a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) with a check of all gas related appliances and pipework integrity to ensure no leaks are present. For landords, a safety check is required by law, once a year.
